Janitorial cleaning is contracted five times a week; Monday through Friday with the exception of the holidays previously listed.  Cleaning begins at 6:00 p.m. Cleaning standards of a first class office building will be maintained, however, oversights occasionally will occur.  When this happens, please notify the Office of the Building as soon as possible so appropriate corrective action can be taken.

If you require any “special cleaning”, please advise the Office of the Building to coordinate and quote costs for any and all extra services.

Carpets

Chair pads are recommended under chair roller/casters to preserve appearance, prevent accelerated wear, and act as a deterrent toward the Delaminating of the Carpet. Carpet cleaning may be arranged with the office of the Building.
