Accounting

Please mark your records so that your office rent and parking payment are received on the first day of each month or in advance, unless otherwise stated in  your Lease.  Rent checks are payable to Douglas Emmett 2000, LLC and should be sent to the Office of the Building at 21800 Oxnard Street, Suite 1000. Payments for parking are to be made payable to ABM Parking Services and given to the Parking Manager, in the parking office located in Parking Structure 4 level A.

Lease Expansion and Renewal

Please contact the Office of the Building if you have any questions regarding the terms of your Lease.  Lease renewals and expansions are coordinated through the Leasing Office, located in the office of the building. The Leasing Department phone number is (877) 525-2658.
