Building Signage and Directory

Corridor/Suite Identification

A landlord-approved sign is the only tenant information allowed next to the Suite entry doors.  Upon receipt of your written information, Building Management will place your order.  Signage requires a 4-6 week lead-time.  Therefore, please be sure to submit your requirements to our office as soon as possible.

Building Directory Identification

Tower 1 - 21600 Oxnard Street

The building has two touch-screen directory screens in the main and lower lobbies.  There is a one-time initial setup fee of $75 to input your information into the directory.  Any subsequent changes will be subject to a $15 fee.

Tower 5 - 21800 Oxnard Street

The building has one touch-screen directory screen in the lower lobby.  There is a one-time initial setup fee of $75 to input your information into the directory. Any subsequent changes will be subject to a $15 fee.

Tower 2, 3 & 6

Tower 2 has one directory board in each lobby (LP and MP levels). Towers 3 and 6 have one directory board. We will order directory strips as specified in written letter only. This form must reflect the exact format you desire as to the order of name placement, title last name first, identification, etc. Please allow for thirty (30) characters per line/strip, which includes Suite number and spaces. The cost for each directory strip is approximately $45.00. Directory identification must be identical in both directory boards.
