Office Hours:  Monday through Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm excluding Holidays.
Building Hours: Monday through Friday:  6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

The building will remain locked and secured at all other times and on holidays.  However, Tenants with keys to their Premises and access cards will have access to the building 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless otherwise stipulated.

HVAC services are provided from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Saturdays.  There will be an additional charge for all after hours HVAC service.

The Office of the Building will be closed in recognition of the following Holidays:

New Year’s Day
Presidents’ Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Day after Thanksgiving
Christmas Day

Per the terms of your Lease Agreement, Douglas Emmett will be closed on the above listed holidays.  HVAC and janitorial services will not be provided, however, 24-hour security will remain in full operation, 365 days per year.
